Position Overview

The Internet Sales Representative is responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries, showroom and service requests, and internet leads. The role involves coordination with sales and service departments, administrative support, and follow-up tasks to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed or pending ones.
  • Coordinate questions and resolve issues by liaising with appropriate departments.
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets.
  • Confirm special order parts and support follow-up on phone and internet sales leads.
  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to sales and service teams.
  • Maintain required paperwork, records, and documentation such as forms and reports.
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles.
